How do I book a court?
Simply click 'Book Now' and select your preferred date, time, and court. Payment is processed securely online and you'll receive instant confirmation.
What should I bring?
Just bring comfortable sports attire and court shoes. We provide paddles, balls, and towels. You can also bring your own equipment if you prefer.
Is there parking available?
Yes, we have limited parking spaces available on a first-come, first-served basis. We recommend using public transport as we're just 5 minutes from Kowloon Bay MTR.
Can beginners play?
Absolutely! Pickleball is easy to learn and fun for all skill levels. We welcome coaches and their students - all coaching arrangements are private matters between coach and player.
What is your minimum booking duration?
The minimum booking is 1 hour. You can book multiple consecutive hours if available.
Do you offer group bookings?
Yes! We can accommodate corporate events, birthday parties, and group bookings. Contact us for special rates and arrangements.

House Rules

General Rules

  • Please arrive 10 minutes before your booking time
  • Proper court shoes are required (no marking soles)
  • Appropriate sports attire must be worn at all times
  • No food or colored drinks on the court
  • Water bottles are permitted (clear liquids only)

Safety & Etiquette

  • Warm up before playing to prevent injuries
  • Call "ball" if a ball enters an adjacent court
  • Be respectful to other players and staff
  • Keep noise levels reasonable
  • No abusive language or aggressive behavior

Facility Care

  • Clean up after yourself and keep the place tidy
  • Report any damage via WhatsApp (+852 9580 7026)
  • Damage caused by misuse may be charged

Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy

No Refunds

  • All bookings are non-refundable. Please ensure you can attend before booking.
  • 24+ hours notice: Free rescheduling (subject to availability)
  • Less than 24 hours: HK$50 admin fee for rescheduling

Weather & Emergencies

In case of Typhoon Signal 8 or above, or Black Rainstorm Warning, all bookings will be automatically rescheduled at no charge.

Rescheduling is subject to court availability. Requests made less than 24 hours before your booking will incur a HK$50 admin fee.
