By accessing and using Picklepit HK's facilities and services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our facilities.

IMPORTANT: Pickleball is a physical activity that carries inherent risks of injury. By booking and using our facilities, you:

• Acknowledge that participation in pickleball involves risks including but not limited to: falls, collisions, muscle strains, sprains, fractures, and other physical injuries

• Voluntarily assume all risks associated with participating in pickleball activities at our facility

• Release, waive, and discharge Picklepit HK, its owners, operators, employees, and agents from any and all liability, claims, demands, or causes of action arising from your use of our facilities

• Agree not to sue Picklepit HK for any injury, damage, or loss sustained while using our facilities

• Confirm that you are physically fit to participate in pickleball activities and have no medical conditions that would prevent safe participation

This waiver applies to you, your heirs, executors, administrators, and assigns.

• All bookings must be paid in full at the time of reservation

• Prices are in Hong Kong Dollars (HKD)

• Payment is processed securely through Stripe

• A booking confirmation will be sent to your registered email

• Session packs are valid for 3 months from purchase date and are non-refundable

• All bookings are non-refundable

• Rescheduling is available subject to court availability:

- 24+ hours before booking: Free rescheduling

- Less than 24 hours before booking: HK$50 admin fee applies

• Picklepit HK reserves the right to cancel bookings due to unforeseen circumstances (maintenance, emergencies). In such cases, a full credit or rescheduling will be offered

• Session pack credits are non-refundable but may be transferred to another person

All users must:

• Wear appropriate athletic footwear (non-marking soles required)

• Arrive on time; late arrivals will not extend your booking time

• Vacate the court promptly at the end of your session

• Treat equipment and facilities with care

• Report any damage or safety concerns immediately

• Follow all posted rules and staff instructions

• Not bring food or drinks (except water) onto the court

• Not engage in any illegal, dangerous, or disruptive behavior

Picklepit HK is not responsible for any loss, theft, or damage to personal belongings. Please secure your valuables and do not leave items unattended.

• You are responsible for assessing your own physical condition before playing

• If you feel unwell, dizzy, or experience any discomfort, stop playing immediately

• First aid supplies are available on-site

• In case of emergency, contact staff immediately or call 999

• Users with pre-existing medical conditions should consult a physician before participating

By using our facilities, you consent to being photographed or recorded for promotional purposes. If you do not wish to be included, please inform our staff.

• Users under 18 must be accompanied by a parent or guardian

• The accompanying adult assumes full responsibility for the minor

• Minors must have a signed parental consent form on file

By making a booking, you ("the Booker") acknowledge and agree that:

GUESTS & INVITEES:

• You are responsible for all guests and players who accompany you to Picklepit HK

• You must inform all guests of these Terms & Conditions and House Rules BEFORE they enter the facility

• By bringing guests onto the premises, you represent and warrant that they have been informed of and agree to be bound by these terms

• You agree to indemnify Picklepit HK for any claims, damages, or losses arising from or related to your guests

• All guests assume the same risks and waive the same liabilities as outlined in Section 2 of these terms

COACHING ARRANGEMENTS:

• Picklepit HK is a court rental facility only and is not a coaching business

• Picklepit HK does not employ, endorse, certify, or recommend any coaches

• Any coaching taking place at our facility is a private arrangement between the coach and student(s)

• Picklepit HK assumes no responsibility for the quality, safety, supervision, or conduct of any coaching services

• Coaches using our facility are independent third parties, not employees, agents, contractors, or partners of Picklepit HK

• If you engage a coach at our facility, you do so entirely at your own risk and discretion

• Coaches are responsible for ensuring their students have been informed of these terms

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Picklepit HK, its owners, operators, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses (including legal fees) arising from your use of our facilities, the actions of your guests, or violation of these terms.

Picklepit HK reserves the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Continued use of our facilities constitutes acceptance of any changes.

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of Hong Kong Special Administrative Region. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of Hong Kong courts.
